having sold and purchased more than a few properties, Cheryl Smith was the best of all those previous agents all rolled into her. I had to give her a new name: Maestro. yep. she's the one. Professional and competent, but mostly it's her listening skills that can be compared to strawberry buttercream frosting. She is not afraid to tackle anything this myriad of property laws has to throw at us. Also, she's the one who answers text messages before she wakes up in the morning.
