I've both purchased and sold a home with Cheryl and throughout both experiences, she was absolutely awesome to work with. During our buying experience back in 2011, we had a pretty tight budget to work with and very specific ideas around what we needed in a home. Not only did she spend a ton of time with us to help us find the right home (I think we looked at 60 houses!), she even recommended that we at least look at the home we purchased even though we thought that it might be out of our league. It turned out to be a fantastic fit for us! Fast forward 4 years later and when my career led us to move across country, Cheryl was the only person I trusted to help us through the process of selling the same house. She spent time with us walking through the house to find the low cost updates, fixes and renovations that we needed to complete to add the most value to our home and then spent a full day helping my wife stage the house while I was wrapping things up at work. Within 6 hours of our house being on the market the FIRST DAY, we had an offer. Unbelievable!
