Cheryl was very helpful with what was needed to sell my house (i.e. curb appeal, cleanliness...), and understood the buyers (turn-key house condition, not a fixer-upper). The negotiation skills she possesses returned an appropriate price for my house, all the while, maintaining open and comfortable communication with buyer. Her knowledge of the overall process (i.e. details of the contract and all it's steps) assisted in a smooth execution, that got us closing on-time. For my upcoming purchase, I look forward working with Cheryl; knowledgeable of the Denver market, straight shooter, and is looking out for my best interest.
