Cheryl truly walked every aspect of our home buying journey with us - for two years! She had our likes and dislikes memorized, and consistently searched outside of the box for homes that we desired. We love the mid-century design for a home and in a small southern Missouri town, that can be hard to find. She found the home of our dreams, talked us through the process, and was patient with us when we were unsure. (The fourth time we toured the house, we finally decided to put in an offer). She became a true friend and family member during this. We miss her and our weekly house touring adventures! She is kind, patient, and truly made for this job. We recommend her 100/10!

Cheryl was very professional and knowledgeable about real estate and the market. She had great ideas to make my house more appealing. Since my house was empty she offered to stage it. I was so impressed with her decor, I wanted her to decorate my new home!! lol! But, my favorite part of Cheryl being my realator was her open communication with me. She always responded to my questions promptly and never made me feel like I was annoying her. My house sold very quickly after she became my realator. I highly recommend her.
