Fantastic Team

Cheryl and Aly were amazing from start to finish! They initially presented us with a binder with multiple comps, and examples of their previous sales. They did an extensive walk through, with recommendations on what we should do to prepare the house and property. We elected to sell our house after moving out, and they staged the home beautifully. The drone footage and interior filming was very professional. They helped us price it competitively, and their marketing efforts brought in multiple offers, and we sold well over asking price. We were out of state when the sale went through, and they made the remote process seamless. They were always available, and had answers for any of our questions or concerns. Bonus: Cheryl is the pie lady of real estate, and her homemade pies were a delicious addition to soothe what can be a trying process. We would highly recommend this fantastic mother/daughter team; their individual strengths combine well to offer the perfect blend of experience, knowledge, and energy to provide everything you could want in a real estate team.
