CHERYL helped the reviewer buy this property

Elizabeth Smiraglia helped us to find the perfect house.

We were fortunate to work with Elizabeth Smiraglia on Cheryl’s team, and we felt the power of the team behind her. Elizabeth is an amazing listener and she completely understood our preferences. Her knowledge of the area and the housing market, her organization and negotiation skills and her network of resources were excellent. She made us feel as though we were her only priority. Elizabeth is the best!!
