Cheryl was my across the street neighbor for almost 20 years. When we were ready to move over a year ago she worked her "magic" and sold our house and helped us find our dream home all within a week. Recently, my dad (who currently lives overseas) decided to move back to the states. He said he wanted to move nearby so I immediately gave him Cheryl' contact info and gave her a heads up that he would be reaching out to her. Within 2 months he bought his Thornhill home. We could not have done this international deal without Cheryl. Even with some hic cups along the way, Cheryl was patient and able to help or advise on what to do.

My daughter Sheila was a neighbour and friend for years. Who worked with Cheryl to buy her new much larger home. When I decided to buy a new home Sheila advised that I call Cheryl, which I did. It has been a marvellous experience. That I've never experienced before. Plus this was done in a different time zone for us. This was all done from the Czech Republic with a 9hr. time difference. I would call her at 6 pm. on Skype. It was 9 am PST for her. And she was always there for us. Cheryl went to Illinois to attend a family loss. And was always responding to get our Escrow completed during that time. Which is now finalized. Cheryl is planning on hanging an IMPORTANT framed document on her wall. As she is proud to have accomplished her 1st. International Sale. When we get to our home, we will take a picture with Cheryl, Sheila with my wife Nicol and I. To frame and hang on the wall also. CHERYL IS THE BEST!!!!!!!!!
