Cheryl's communication is stellar and timely. She seems to genuinely enjoy walking clients through this convoluted process and we are very happy that she was our agent. She made the process very enjoyable and imbued the journey with a sincere excitement for both the process and the outcome.

This is the third property Cheryl helped us to find and purchase and it was a challenging and competitive market…Cheryl worked so diligently for us and was so communicative and a pleasure to partner with! Cheryl did a significant amount of outreach to other realtors to try to identify properties coming on the market that fit our criteria. If she hadn’t done this we wouldn’t have gotten our dream house because as a result of her efforts we got the FIRST showing of the property and made an offer immediately. She is truly an EXPERT on Hilton Head Island and we highly RECOMMEND her!

Cheryl Helped us purchase our condo originally and she also helped us sell it as well. She and her husband Jeff made the process easy and enjoyable. If you’re looking for a real estate agent, look no further!

Knows the market … excellent taste in staging … very professional… she will take care of everything
