Cheryl was recommended to us by a family member who had real estate dealing with her. My wife and I made contact with Cheryl while we were in to process of preparing the house for listing. She came out and looked over the property and answered our questions as well as made some suggestions on certain things to do and not do. She got a professional photographer to take the listing photos, which helped a lot to make a good pre-showing impression of the property. After her market research, she gave us a suggestion and guidance on the listing price and let make the final decision. Once the property was listed, she held several open houses.
