Cheryl was excellent! She did a great job thoroughly explaining everything, suggesting extra inspections to make sure I understood anything that needed repairs, and was a strong negotiator. It was clear she had my best interest in mind and not her commission. She’s very ethical and professional. I would highly recommend her!
