After we had put an offer on a house, we found that the sellers and their realtor were much less than cooperative and pretty useless when it came to gathering information relevant to the sale. If not for Cheryl's perseverance and hard work, as well as her knowledge and guidance, we would have walked away and started looking again - with Cheryl of course. In the process, she has become a friend and we thank her for going above and beyond.
