I do not even know where to begin, I could write a short book on how amazing Cheryl is we had a long tough road, every obstacle that was put in front of us Cheryl fixed it without missing a beat ! She put my mind at ease and honestly she made all of my dreams happen ! I was moving from PA and we had to do a lot of things via FaceTime from the moment a house came on the market she was in the car on the way to show me she found houses that I never thought possible ! I have never met anyone with her work ethic before. From the moment I spoke with her until the day of closing I got the same professionalism, compassion, dedication, it didn’t matter what time it was and how many houses I liked or wanted to see she made it happen we had an atomic bomb go off the day before closing and had to start all over (a mistakes on the listing agents part) and Cheryl handled it with grace and speed, I went from being in a hotel room with tears to my dream house!! I can not express the level Cheryl is on! she should have her own level! You can literally NOT go wrong with Cheryl ! She’s a dream realtor the amount of effort and knowledge she has on the houses, the market the areas the school districts … even down to storage units and places to get cool furniture she’s the whole package I’d totally write an AD campaign for her if I could !
