A friend found Cheryl after doing some research on East Grand Rapids realtors and we've never felt more fortunate about what was otherwise a fairly random selection. Cheryl always gave us the time that we needed and actually made house-hunting a fun experience. It wasn't until we were well into the process that we realized that, while we were all having fun getting to know her, she was picking up on things that we were saying about homes and creating a very accurate picture of what was important to us. We were not at all familiar with the East Grand Rapids area, but Cheryl certainly is, and was able to help guide us into a perfect home and neighborhood. Her experience and knowledge of the local real estate market in GR provide a huge advantage to her clients, as are her many connections in the area. She was always supportive and patient as we navigated the GR market. We bought our house without being on site, but felt completely comfortable with Cheryl being our eyes-on-the-ground. Our only concern about working with Cheryl is that we'll never find a realtor as amazing as she is if we leave GR. She set a high bar!
