Cheryl recently represented in the sale our home and the purchase of a new one. This is the second time that she has done this for us, and once again we were extremely pleased with the services that she provided. She helped enormously in the marketing of the house that we were selling, and lead us through several difficulties along the way to a successful sale. Anytime there was a problem, she was there for us. When purchasing the new home, Cheryl assisted us in getting the best price and several perks that we would not have known about.
