At the end of the first meeting I knew she would guide me through this in a very ethical no nonsense manner. All subsequent meetings and impressions were professional but friendly. Her advice was spot on, she was always available - I was never farmed out to a helper. She is very personable, understood what I wanted and worked toward that end resulting in a very successful conclusion. I hadn't sold a house in 37 years and her guidance (and patient handholding when necessary) was perfect for my situation.
