My family has been renting with Cheryl for almost two years now, and we don't plan on changing that anytime soon! She is by far the best landlord we have had. She is always easy to reach, and acts quickly if and when a circumstance arises. I would highly recommend working with Cheryl, you will not be disappointed. I personally have had landlords in the past who have been slow to act when assistance is needed AND at times did not even resolve the issue. It has been a night and and day comparison renting with Cheryl. She is straightforward, understanding, easy to work with and a very good person.

We rented a property from Cheryl on Everett Ave. from Jul 2018-Jul 2019. Not only was the price absolutely unbeatable, we had a couple problems with the appliances in the house and Cheryl fixed them immediately. I've had several landlords who have wiggled their way out of returning my security deposit, but Cheryl was unbelievably fair and gave us back the amount that was fair for the both of us. I will always recommend Cheryl to others and would have no trepidation renting a house from her again.

She is hard working, honest, dependable and has been respectful and considerate of all parties involved in each of our transactions.
