Cheri was outstanding with selling our Mom's house. Cheri had the perfect buyer within a couple of days after viewing her home. Prior to our first meeting she had already researched the house history. Cheri answered all our questions regarding the sale. Her selling price was absolutely correct with the actual appraisal. As such, there was no negotiation needed between us and the buyer. Several times she actually assisted with organizing items for donation after the home was sold.
