Cheryl was excellent to work with in finding...
Cheryl was excellent to work with in finding and finalizing the purchase of our lake home. She showed us several homes in the price range with the specifications we gave her. When we found the home we wanted to buy she handled the price negotiations and everything needed for a smooth closing when we came to town. We live in Kansas City and this is a vacation property so it was important to us to have someone who knew the area and would handle everything from finding the house to finalizing everything. Cheryl did this in a professional manner and was very pleasant and easy to work with. I would highly recommend Cheryl to anyone who is looking for a home or vacation property.
