Cheryl Firby

Cheryl helped us buy 2 properties several years ago, and recently helped us sell a property. At the time that we wanted to put our property on the market, we were dealing with some physical problems. Cheryl made everything as easy for us as possible - finding and scheduling excellent house cleaners and carpet cleaners, and seeing to many last minute details that we normally would have taken care of. She made everything go seamlessly and we were able to sell our property very quickly.

Cheryl was great to work with and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable with our decision. She made sure she was available when we needed her and was always prompt in getting things taken care of. This took a lot of the stress out of the process and made sure we didn't miss any deadlines.
