Cheryl Dolan and Terry Ryan were the two best agents a person could wish for. They came out to our home and made assessments of what improvements could be made to make it more marketable. They kept things simple, had access to businesses that could help us move, repair, paint, clean, etc. They made the appointments and met with them to ensure everything was done correctly. They literally took all of the pain out of selling. In addition when we were there to move things out of the house they were there with us carrying things to Goodwill, putting items in our truck, etc. It was a tremendous partnership. They were there every step of the way. They delivered a fabulous presentation on how they price homes, made their recommendation and 3 days later we had an 9 offers. They sat down and went through the pros and cons of each offer and we made our decision. They kept things moving forward in a positive way through settlement. They work very hard, are detail-oriented, highly ethical, reliable, and out-of-the-box thinkers. A very dynamic team. What a tremendous service physically and emotionally they provided. I truly don't think I would have gotten through the move without them.
