I met Cheryl at an open house on Easter Sunday, 2015 at my Veterinarian's home in Catte Verdera. I was very impressed that a realtor would be working on Easter Sunday and my Veterinarian highly recommended her. When my husband was diagnosed with terminal cancer in Oct 2015 I called Cheryl as I was going to have to sell our home quickly. Cheryl was great to work with, she is very professional, knowledgeable, efficient, has great marketing strategies, and answers the phone or calls back promptly. Our home was on the market for 4 days and we had a cash offer, thanks to Cheryl for doing 2 open houses on the first weekend. I would highly recommend Cheryl to anyone buying or selling a home and I will definitely call her when I am ready to buy my next home.
