She set my expectations properly and worked with me on small improvements to make before listing my home for sale. Once it was listed, Cheryl gave me feedback on every showing and open house. She was a wonderful resource when deciding on how to react to potential buyer’s feedback and when to rethink the list price. Once under contract, Cheryl guided me through the selling process and the minor issues that came up through the inspection and closing. Cheryl made my first home selling experience much less scary.
