Cheryl holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from The University of Alabama. She brings over 40 years of experience in buying and selling real estate, having relocated to Florida in 1991 and obtaining her real estate license in 2007. Cheryl and her son, Justin, ranked among the top 50 Coldwell Banker Realtors in Florida before founding and operating a successful boutique brokerage for nine years. They later transitioned their team to eXp Realty, where they continue to deliver exceptional results. Cheryl now works alongside her two sons, Justin and Jackson, providing real estate services throughout Central Florida, the East Coast beaches, and South Florida. Excellent Service, Knowledge, & Commitment

Core Group Real Estate has an incredible team - Cheryl was brilliant in her presentation, knowledgeable about the market & savvy about what I should do to get the best price.
