Cheryl helped the reviewer buy this property

We had the pleasure of working with Cheryl Cook on the purchase of our home

We had the pleasure of working with Cheryl Cook on the purchase of our home. We looked for months to find the right property. Cheryl was patient, pleasant and professional through the process. We finally purchased a home that was a bank sale. Cheryl was able to lead us through the tedious process of working with an out of state bank. Cheryl efficiently worked through the process in a timely manner. We met all our contingency dates and closed on our loan on time! We would highly recommend Cheryl Cook!!
