Cheryl is a great realtor. She answered my questions and help me find a great house. I would highly recommend her. She didn't pressure me into buying something I didn't like and was patient while she helped me find my home.

Cheryl took our phone call off of a listing on Zillow. We were looking at a major relocation, across country, and having never met, she was more than willing to help us . When we told her that we wanted her to be our eyes from Colorado, since we couldn't look at all of the properties , she took that challenge as well. We were in shock to have someone doing this for us as we had talked with other Realtors who didn't seem to have time. I told Cheryl that I had a critical eye and she took the initiative to view and send up to date photos of properties that we were interested in. When we arrived here in Georgia she helped in our lodging locations , places to eat , and made the transition very welcoming . Even after closing , which went very smoothly ,she has followed up to check in on us. She is a very honest and professional Realtor.

Honestly, I could go on and on about the great experience that my fiancé and I had with Cheryl! I'll just keep it short in sweet. From the time we put our house up for sale to the time we had a contract on it was maybe 2 weeks and closed within 2 1/2 months of putting it for sale. She always stayed in contact with us through the whole process, explaining what was going on, what was needed, answering our questions, etc. When I needed her she always made herself available to talk.
