Prior to selecting our condo Cheryl showed us properties throughout St. Charles County that were listed in the Sellers marketplace however were sold prior to our inspection. This was a strong indication that we were up against a Seller’s Market. Cheryl handled all the steps in the purchase of our property that included: 1) Communications with the seller and their realtor; 2) Locating a bank that had money to lend us; 3) Working with the bank for our loan; 4) Seeing that all the required inspections and property appraisal were performed. This process saved us thousands of dollars. All of these steps were performed via web based software packages allowing us to stay at home to monitor the progress of each set of required documents. Since the documents presented at closing were previously reviewed online the final signature process was quick and easy. A Big Plus for Cheryl was her willingness to always make time for Kathy and me.
