I connected with Cheryl Brewer 9 month ago as my realtor to represent me.She keep sending my sites to look at that where really nice, But more then I wanted to spend. She sent me a few places to look at by the time I went to look at them they went into pending. This place I finally ended up looking at was right where I wanted to be. the price was even right. I called he to set a date to look at the place. We met there and the place was awesome, the place was better looking in person then the picture showed. I said let put in a bid and she started the process right then and there. This is my first home for me and Cheryl made sure everything went smooth and it did. We had a fairly large "hiccup" on our originally scheduled closing day, no fault of ours or hers, and she handled it spectacularly! We always felt that she had our backs!
