I told Cheryl Anton years ago that I would use her services some day when the time was right to sell, with the market and interest rates so good I told her if she found a buyer we would consider selling. So she found a perspective buyer, the price was right the timing was good and the deal was done! Did'nt have to do a thing other than sign documents that were all done over the computer and pick up a check. Wish I had more properties to sell! I would highly recomend Cheryl to anyone.
