Mrs. Abram’s was very knowledgeable in the area of our sale which was an estate sale, if not for Mrs. Abram’s knowledge about the estate laws in Maryland we would have had serious issues getting the property sold. She always communicated with us on what was going on during the selling process and we really appreciated her professionalism and patience with this sale because there were some roadblocks that she quickly removed to get it sold. She came highly recommended by another agent and she was everything and more of what the referring agent told us!!!
