When Cheryl came to my home the first time to list it, I found her to be friendly, attentive, and professional. She explained the process to me and was patient as she answered my questions. She was not at all pushy and made me feel like she was really interested in helping me, not just there to get herself a listing. She got right to work when she got back to her office. The next day my home was sold! In the buyer's mind. It took a few days to put it on paper. Cheryl again was patient as we went through escrow and I had so many questions.
