Amazing to work with.

I had used Cheryl to sell my house several years ago, so I knew what to expect. She listened to my needs, where I wanted to be and my budget. She never pushed me outside of those parameters and she never got frustrated when it took awhile to find what I wanted. She was extremely flexible in her schedule and worked around my availability. After a couple houses, she knew what I wanted and we she was able to quickly eliminate properties she knew wouldn't be a good fit for me. She kept me informed every step of the way once we put in an offer. I wouldn't hesitate to use her again and would recommend her highly.
