She was a good listener who confidently answered my questions. Since I was selling this property from a distance, Cherrel handled all of the necessary repairs and other tasks to prepare the house for sale. She went above and beyond by shopping for and choosing flooring that worked with the cabinets and other wood surfaces. As an aside, the person at the flooring store told me that Cherrel asked all of the pertinent questions and was a pleasure to work with. Through every step of the sales process, she kept me informed, answered my questions and was a wonderful source of support when needed.
