Cherise Zentic

This past spring I was able to transfer my 1031 money just in the nick of time thanks to Cherise Zentic and Kyle Spiewick at Pacific Sun Properties.  The initial offer had to be made without seeing the interior of the 4 unit property.  Once inside, I realized that the property needed much more work than I had anticipated.  I felt tied to this property because of the lack of inventory and the time constraints on my 1031.  Thankfully, Cherise and Kyle were able to negotiate a significant price reduction and still close on time for me to not be penalized.  I would recommend them to anyone.  Their negotiation skills and knowledge of the industry are top notch and hard to find!!
