Cherise helped the reviewer sell this property

Cherise represented us in the sale of our home...

Cherise represented us in the sale of our home. She is a passionate, ethical person. From start to finish, it was one month and 6 days from the day the house was listed until we closed, with a sale in day 5. Cherise is efficient. She had us use the Showing Time app, which made it easy to approve showings at our house. She was there as the professional photographer took pictures and when the buyers had a home inspection. She recommended a great list price and had good staging advice. I will recommend her to anyone I know who needs a realtor.
