Admittedly, our vacant land sale was going to be difficult. Vacant land is never easy, but on top of that, it was 3 CPR'd units, and in the SMA. But Cherie, along with her partner Jon Mann, navigated this sale over 8 months, and finally found the right buyer who can see the building through. I highly recommend!
Cherie was extremely approachable and available when my wife and I were purchasing our apartment. It was our first time buying a home, so the whole process felt frightening, like any small mistake we made could throw a wrench in the entire thing and ruin our chances of getting a home. Cherie was so good at letting us know everything we had to do at every step of the way, and was very prompt via text or email responding to any questions we had. She came with us to visit the property during the inspection, another first for us, and made sure all the proper questions were asked and information was exchanged, including things we never would have thought to ask for. It was a huge relief for us to have a woman so knowledgeable and trained in the field backing us up!
We can't say enough good things about Cherie Tsukamoto and her colleague Kaety Enos. We had to sell a condo at a difficult time from both a market and personal standpoint. The sellers were two trusts, each with multiple trustees, most of whom lived on the mainland. Cherie and Kaety were knowledgable, highly competent and efficient and very savvy about market conditions and how to best spiff up and present our property. They kept the many sellers informed and on task, and answered texts, phone calls and emails promptly. Through no one's fault, the first offer fell through, but they calmed our anxieties, guided us through the next steps and got our property sold quickly thereafter. We can't thank them enough and if you are a prospective seller or buyer you won't do better!
