We initially contacted Cherie over a year and a half prior to our actually listing our house. She had recently sold another house in our neighborhood and we were interested in talking to her about selling our home. Since we were building a new home it was going to be at least 12 to 18 months before we would be ready to sell our current home. She was completely comfortable with our expected timeline and met with us at our home to explain the process to us as well as advise us on what maintenance would be helpful prior to selling our home. Over the next 18 months, she followed up with us on a regular basis to see how things were proceeding with our new home construction. When we finally moved into our new home, she arranged for the maintenance necessary to get our old home ready for sale as well as staging to make the home more attractive. Once the home was ready, it was listed and within a week we had multiple offers and the home was sold. The entire process was smooth and painless on our part as she handled all the details. It was truly a pleasure to work with a knowledgeable and personable professional, who alleviated all the stress associated with selling a home.
