Our situation was a bit difficult in that we were looking at a large geographical area. A couple of times we felt a bit out of the loop on what was going on. But Cherie always tried to show us what we wanted and gave some good advice on some of the more questionable areas we had chosen.

If you want a realtor that is a real go getter, this is the one!! We hired Cherie to sell two houses for us 15 years ago when she was in Bastrop County. She sold both of them within 2 months! When we decided to sell our most recent home, Cherie had moved to the Dallas area, so we figured it would be in our best interest to hire someone local...BIG mistake! After 5 months of getting very little activity, I reached out to Cherie. She drove down and looked at our place and told us if we’d give her the chance, she would have it under contract in 30 days. SHE DID IT! We actually had two offers. Our buyers had an unforeseen complication with their lender, so their realtor apologized to Cherie for wasting our time and thought it was over. Cherie wasn’t going to let that happen. She actually contacted lenders she had used in the past, and shared that info with their realtor. They were promptly approved and we closed in less than a month. How did this all happen? CHERIE PRESTON!! She goes above and beyond to make things happen. Cherie loves what she does and it shows! When we decided to sell our home, we had initially intended to sell to an investor and, when I contacted her to help us find a new home, Cherie assured me that she could sell our home for more than the offer we received. She was right! We had an offer in less than a week and, as promised, we were able to walk away with money in our pockets! There were plenty of stressful moments but Cherie was always there to answer all of our questions and set our minds at ease. She's been a realtor for over 15 years and really knows her stuff! She has a great personality and will walk you through everything start to finish. Cherie will spend every weekend with you until you find the house of your dreams!
