She helped overcome obstacles that many in her position might have given up on. She was able to sell our property after the first showing!!! Her professionalism is beyond reproach. We had some issues with the title to the property we were selling. Cherie worked well with the Corp of Engineers and the buyers agent to get the title clear for sale. Cherie has a wonderful personality and is willing to work with everyone.
