Cherie went above and beyond what we could hope for from a realtor. This was a very difficult sale with many twists and turns. It took us over 6 months. Cherie's patience was incredible and her attention to detail was beyond reproach. If anyone out there is looking for a realtor, Cherie is the person to call. As a long distance client and the struggles of locating our forever home while out of state; we needed a local expert. Cherie was amazing from day one. She listened to our needs and desires. Made excellent recommendations and even kept me from making some serious mistakes. We appreciated her transparency and attention to detail. I like how when I showed interest in a home Cherie would contact the sellers agent and gather the seller’s documents for my review. Plus, it must be tough to be a rural agent with properties so far apart, so Cherie’s patience with driving to a showing was a blessing. She is a hard worker and maintained excellent communication. I wish we could buy a property monthly with Cherie and look forward to referring new clients to her. I hope we have made a forever friend with Cherie.

We had some issues with the title to the property we were selling. Cherie worked well with the Corp of Engineers and the buyers agent to get the title clear for sale. Cherie has a wonderful personality and is willing to work with everyone.

We had an awesome experience entrusting the sale of our home with Cherie. She was totally dedicated during our time frame, and all tasked asked of her, and always went above and beyond. Simply put, you can not go wrong with her as your agent.

She added $375 fee to our contract without discussing it with me. She says things and doesn’t follow thru. She doesn’t adapt to changing situations very well. I would say she’s probably more of a “buyer’s” agent whereas I wasn’t impressed with her as my (seller’s) agent. She literally attempted to bully me several times. Her mentality is of someone who thinks she is the boss despite the fact she works for the client. Inexperienced regardless of her claim. She gave me a hard time about using a different title company despite the fact it saved me thousands at closing. She made me feel distinguished in a negative light every time I would ask her something “not typical “, [example] I had a document drafted and I wanted this document signed by all visitors viewing the property. All this document did was protect the estate if someone were injured on the property. Something so simple was so difficult for her. She is opinionated and one sided. Furthermore, early into the contract she continued to advise me to lower the price of the property (in the dead of winter at the end of the year). I did finally tell her I wasn’t interested in under valuing my property. All she seemed to care about is a fast sell. On a further note, the property ended up selling at the listed price, which further discredits her as a seller’s agent.
