Since 1997, Phil and I bring our own unique qualities together to create a perfect commitment.  Through every step of your real estate transaction, we will be there using our communication skills,marketing knowledge and commitment to others as a driving force to deliver quality service to all of our clients.  From initial consultation to closing, we listen carefully to your goals and develop a clear plan to help you accomplish them.  Our philosophy is simple: It's all about you.  We believe that integrity and honesty are keys to success in life and we bring this to your real estate transaction.  When you are ready to make a move to the Greater Metropolitan area, please remember to give us a call.   We will put our 23+ years of real estate expertise to work for you!Phil and I would like to take a moment and share a little of our history and how we ventured together to become "The Perfect Driving Force." Cherie - My drive to help and assist people drew me to pursue a career in Real Estate.  I have lived in Montgomery County for over 45 years and raised two wonderful boys.  With passion to help others, I have had the opportunity to donate time to many charities in the area, as well as helping local seniors fulfill their dreams.  I love animals, antiquing, trying new foods, and being in the great outdoors. But most of all, I love to jump on my motor cycle and create new adventures.Phil - I have lived in the Montgomery County for over 40 years and have appreciated its growth.  My wife and I enjoy many of the activities that Montgomery County has to offer which includes but not limited to golfing, fine dining and antiquing.  If I am not working with our clients I am either out on the many public golf courses, or driving around town in my red 1965 red Mustang. When Phil and I teamed up in 1997, we knew we were The Perfect Driving Force, when it came to selling Real Estate.
