Cherie put our house on the market the second week in January 2014 and we had offers within the first couple of weeks and a buyer by the third week! At the closing, the buyer pointed out that it was exactly 58 days from beginning to end; and I would have to give Cherie a lot of credit for that. She made sure she kept in touch with us several times a week and literally guided us through the process. Cherie is very easy to work with and has a way of putting a sellers worries at ease. I would (and have) recommend her to anyone selling a home in the Erie/Girard area.
