Cherie, was there from the very start. Her follow up and advice were all right on time and what we needed. When I made a suggestion to redo a couple of pictures and emphasize the land, Cherie didn't miss a beat. She quickly redid a few pictures and rearranged them as per my request. She remained upbeat and positive throughout the process. The house listed and sold in under 90 days and that was just as the market made a significant and abrupt turn. Cherie would call and reassure me that we were proceeding and all would work in the end. In the end, Cherie was right and found us a perfect buyer ! I would highly recommend her for your real estate representation !!
