Cheri Young is a Creekside Park resident and full-time Realtor specializing in The Woodlands and surrounding areas. Cheri has spent the last 12-plus years helping families and individuals buy and sell homes in The Woodlands area, the community she’s proudly called home for the last 13 years. Cheri studies her hyperlocal market daily, obsessively checking the MLS and keeping her ear to the ground to be the first to know about upcoming listings or off-market opportunities. As a Compass agent, Cheri is able to offer her clients access to a new level of technology and marketing. She treats every listing like its own micro business, leveraging traditional marketing like MLS MLS postings, yard-signs, Open Houses, and postcards plus professional staging and photography, social media, paid advertising and more. A longtime Creekside resident, Cheri knows her neighbors and is an active member of her community. She’s known for bringing a personal touch to every transaction, always prioritizing her client’s best interest at every turn. Whether her clients are buying or selling, they can rely on her unmatched neighborhood expertise, vast network of local experts, and personal dedication to see them through the process with a smile and meet their goals. Cheri earned her MBA from the University of New Orleans and worked in PR and marketing before becoming a real estate agent. She brings all of that experience and knowledge to her daily work as a Realtor. Cheri is also a wife, mom, and serious sports lover (fun fact: she’s a former NFL Saints cheerleader). On weekends, when she’s not hosting Open Houses or taking her clients to showings, you’ll find her cheering on her two boys at their football or lacrosse games or rooting for a Texas Tech, LSU or Saints win.
