Working with Cheri was not only effortless, on our part, but she was a good listener as well as kno,
Cheri made selling my parents home, after my mom passed away, a lot less painful than I thought it would be. After the initial listing paperwork, Cheri put the home on an agents “pre-sale” listing, which brought us 2 possible buyers before the house even hit the market. Of those 2 buyers, one made us an offer we couldn’t refuse the same day they looked at the home. I truly believe that if we had chose a different agent, not only would we have sold the house for less, but it would have taken us a lot longer. She was not only very professional, but also very easy to work with.
