If you are looking for an agent who is truly in the business to help her clients than Cheri is your agent. As the sellers agent Cheri made sure the house was priced right for the area. Any showings, inspections, or appraisals that were scheduled she was there. We were never left wondering what was happening. Cheri was in constant contact thru the whole process. I would most definitely recommend her and would use her again in the future.
