We were connected with Cheri through a house we had found online. We were moving from Nebraska to the Black Hills. We drove up and met with Cheri, but the house was just not what we were looking for. She had other houses lined up that day, but still nothing that caught our eye. We told her what we were looking for; and about a month after that first meeting...she called and said she had a house for us to look at. We drove up, fell in love with the house, and put an offer in that day. Cheri listened to what we were looking for; she was very professional and most of all...knowledgeable about the real estate in the Black Hills. The whole process was painless. From looking and finding a house; to placing an offer and closing. We would absolutely go with Cheri again IF we were to sell (not gonna happen) and we would absolutely refer her to our family and friends.
