We decided to sell a property we had been renting out. Cheri worked the obstacles of getting renters moved out and listing the property very well. They also helped with some maintenance and clean up needed before selling the property. She listed to our needs, we collaborated and ultimately made great decisions together. When the seller tried to back out, Cheri stepped up and enforced the contract. When the HOA created issues, Cheri found a solution through the HOA's own attorney. When deadlines were at risk, Cheri rallied the lender to expedite the inspections. When the tenents were non-committed at lease renewal, Cheri got the deal done. If it could go wrong, it probably did on my 1031 exchange. Cheri got it done and now she is the one I trust to manage my property. You can trust her too!
