Denver property, cross-country relocation

We had a great experience with Cheri. We were contending with a cross-country move and had limited time when we were able to get into town, find the right property, and follow up for any necessary adjustments. Cheri was incredible. She took us to legitimately great places. She understood our budget and got a feel for our priorities in a short amount of time. We were able to identify our perfect place in a great neighborhood within just a few days. Cheri was flexible and was able to do a lot in a packed schedule. She ran point for us on the property when we were out of state and would FaceTime us with updates in the home. She offered a valuable opinion on expectations for a Denver property when we were new to that market. Even after closing, she continued to help us with recommendations of local tradesmen to make our house a home. I would highly recommend Cheri to anyone looking to relocate to Colorado. She can come over for dinner any time.
