Cheri McGuire was phenomenal! She was caring, responsive, knowledgeable. And multiple times she demonstrated high integrity and strong ethics, in contrast to some of the sellers' realtors that we dealt with. Exactly what we were looking for in a realtor, but couldn't guarantee we could get before getting to know her. She was patient and worked with us until we found exactly what we wanted, and then worked to make sure we got it. Excellent advice all the way through the search and then the process. Gladly held our hands whenever we needed it.
