Cheri helped the reviewer buy this property

Cheri took the time and made the effort to get to know our needs and helped us find our dream home.

My husband and I made a life-altering decision last year to move from Colorado to California after our retirement to be close to our daughter. It was a difficult transition due to Colorado's "soft" market. I got Cheri's number from our Colorado realtor before our house even sold. She called me the same day and discussed the California market, what our goals were, and where we were looking. The thing that impressed me most was her sincere desire to get to know us and our daughter. She truly wanted to help us find exactly what we wanted. It took us 8 months to sell our house; in that 8 months, she sent us multiple listings every few days, was available the few times we came to California to look at different areas, and answered texts and phone calls at all hours. She was so flexible to our needs. She was always prepared with listings when we arrived in San Diego, and took us around in her car. She made it seem effortless. Once we found "our new home", she worked tirelessly to realize our dream of owning it. She was a fierce negotiator. She fought for us in every way; getting our offer accepted, managing all the details and paperwork that go with escrow, helping us understand California rules and laws, and even making our hectic life easier by getting us a cleaning crew before we moved in. She was always there for us. She truly stood out as a highly knowledgeable, highly responsive, and caring realtor. We were very lucky to have her. We hope to never move again, but if we did, Cheri would be the first person we would call.
