I can only say good things about Cheri. I had to change about 4 agents before I met Cheri, never met her in person actually… but her knowledge and friendliness was very soothing for us. She was out go to person for everything and knowledge of the industry, made it so easy to purchase our home. I can only say thank you for a great job, and absolutely will recommend her for anyone looking to do business.

Cheri was excellent at staging our home, telling us what we needed to eliminate, & what products to fix problems in the house. She was a good communicator & prompt with paperwork. She worked very hard for us physically going beyond most realtors & helped with many positive suggestions & reccommended people we needed to hire. She has a vast network of skilled people who charge fair prices. I was not totally happy with her substitute photographer who made our windows orange, but I did like his inside photos of each room. I would hire Cheri again because I would never have gotten my house ready to sell without her help. She was very pleasant to work with.
